          Our truck No.CPD 8393 met with an accident on 7.11.2001 with a private bus No.MPS 3832. Smt. Preeti Shrivastava was travelling in the bus, she was injured due to accident and lodged case against the bus honor as well as against MPSEB.  In above case the MACT Indore has passed an order and as per the award found 20% responsibility of the MPSEB.  Our Insurance Co. has already paid an amount of Rs.57020.00.

2/               Smt.Preeti Shrivastava being not satisfied with a decision of the Hon'ble MACT Indore, filed a writ petition No.MA 469/04 before Hon'ble High Court Bench, Indore for enhancing the awarded amount.  The notice has been received from Hon'ble High Court for filing reply.
